Normally you are required to go to the county courthouse and fill out some forms. They may also require that you visit a doctor's office for a physical or a blood test to complete them. You may also be required to provide proof of age and if under 18, proof of parental consent. Requirements vary from state to state.
You can go to your county`s courthouse and get that or information that will help you.

Your county courthouse will provide you with a marriage license, or the details necessary for you to obtain one. Some states require a blood test. Some states may require that you provide proof of residency.

Nevada has some of the loosest requirements. I don't recall that my fiancee had to be present when I bought my marriage license there.

Both parties need to apply for the marriage license at any county clerk of the circuit court in Florida. You will need to bring photo ID and a social security card or valid passport. The cost of the license is $93.50. However, couples who have attended an approved premarital preparation class pay only $61.00.

Licenses are issued immediately. The process normally takes no more than 30 minutes. However, unless the couple has attended an approved premarital preparation class there is a three day waiting period before the license is effective and the marriage can take place. There is no waiting period if both parties are out of state residents.

Florida marriage licenses are valid for 60 days from their date of issue. They must be returned to the Clerk's Office for recording within 10 days after the marriage is performed.

Good luck!

You can get a copy of your marriage license from the county or municipal clerk, auditor or probate court where the marriage occurred. You will have to fill out an application, show proper ID, and pay a small fee. You can do this in person, by mail, or online in some jurisdictions.

Each state has their own application and fees when applying for a marriage license. If you live in Pennsylvania you would have to locate your nearest Clerk of Orphans' Court or the Register of Wills to obtain the application.
