How can you open a KeepSafe Sentry safe if you forget the combination?

I have the same problem I went to sentry.com and found this information. I've mailed it in just yesterday for my safe but let me know if this helps.

If you need your combination, and did not previously http://wiki.answers.com/customerCare/storeCombination.aspx on our Web site, you may get a copy from our office. To request your combination by mail, please send the following:

A written statement of ownership witnessed and signed by a notary public (must have different last name than your own).

An $12 (US) research fee.* Please send check or money order, no cash.

The serial number from the white label located on the outside of the safe. Do not send the Underwriters Laboratory number from the inside of the safe door.
