Yes you can. You can set one up using Ustream or Livestream if you want to use a camera. If you want just audio like AfterNoon with Kak then you can use Broadwave Audio software. AfterNoon with Kak is a show I own and It is a perfect example. We are live every Monday 3:30 P.M. EST at www.afternoonwithkak.
