Try a slower approach to it, if you want to put on muscle you aren't going to get anywhere by making a fool of yourself going into 100 crunches. In fact the main thing for you to do is to eat well. Nutrients are key for any type of muscle building. Also, don't buy products that say you can put on more muscle than ever because it isn't true, to gain more muscle, you just need to exercise more and eat less.
