Dried egg, and in fact most organic stains, can be removed safely from a car by soaking the stain with warm water then gentle rubbinng with a green plastic kitchen scrubber pad. I have used these numerous times to remove stubborn marks and they will not harm a modern car's paint. Test it on an inconspiuous surface first to re-assure yourself of that.
Wet the egg stain and leave it to soak, then rub with a non-scratching cloth or sponge. A microfibre cloth often works well. You may need to re-wet it from time to time. Your fingernail is often effective for small stubborn pieces, and will not scratch the car.

I don't think you could paint them successfully. The scuffing of shoes would remove any paint very quickly.
Rubbing alcohol has no effect on water-based coatings, so you can not use it to tell if your coating is water or oil-based. Unlike denatured alcohol, which will melt latex paint and leave oil unaffected.

how can you remove walnut stains from your car paint with out hurting your paint on your car
From my personal experience I have seen mustard destroy car paint once it dried.
The thinner, if used too much, could affect the finish of the paint sprayed on the car - maybe looking matt rather than gloss. It is best to follow the paint manufacturer's instructions - especially if the car you are spraying is for a customer, not yours!
