Most glass cleaners use a razor blade to remove stubborn dirt from glass.
ANS 2 - Depends what kind of glue it is. If it's hardened wood glue or any form of PVA, a razor blade or craft knife is good. This will work for most hard glues.

∙ 11y agoThe best way is to use something like Goo Gone first to see if it comes off. If not, then go a level stronger and try Goof Off. No matter what removes it the plexiglass will be marred. -Use plexiglass polish to clean it up again. -Polishes are available in different grades at stores that sell Plastics and Fibreglas.
