you talk to your team leader to request time off and if they say yes you can get that time off but if they say no you're stuck with work for that time period.
After 11am, because if possible you're supposed to be at a Remembrance Day service and place your poppy on one of the wreaths. Definitely do not wear it after Nov. 11th.
