go to the recovery partition. Make sure you got a back up of aything you may need from PC.
if you want to recover your laptop, you may follow this simple method.
a. Reboot your HP Laptop, You have to press F10 key when there is HP logo appears, press it until recovery screen.
b. When recovery screen appears, Choose "Next" and You may have to select "Yes" to non-destruction recovery
