First of all, you should NEVER do what I have typed below. These are very horrible and very illegal things to do and I accept no responsibility for what may come to pass if you attempt any of the stunts below. However, I have a deliciously dark sense of humor and this seemed like my time to shine, so: There are several ways to do this. You can break into their house and move things around, just to keep them living in constant fear. You can steal all their bills from their mailbox, to make them unable to pay them. If they have a significant other you can plant seeds of doubt in their or their partner's mind and watch their relationship unravel like a roll of paper towels tossed down a flight of stairs. If they do manual labor at their job, and their job is their career, you can break their legs or hands or something. You can frame them for terrible crimes, such as rape (especially easy if you are a woman), child molestation or assault (just be sure that you have a friend that is willing to bruise you up a little). Spread rumors around about the person, but take care to not lie outright, just twist the truth to suit your purposes. They will be contemplating suicide in no time.
