How can you stop bullies?

You can stop bullies by:

- Telling someone

- Avoiding bad situations

- Gaining confidence to face the person who is bullying you!

- You can also just try and ignore them or tell them to stop.

- See school councilor ( or any councilor)

- Talk to your mother

- Warn teachers about it

- Try figure situations out by yourself or it could become worse with other people interfering

-In the cases of cyberbullying never reply.Ever!Tell someone(a teacher or parent)they will sort it out.Cyberbullying is against they law and can be tracked to the place it came from no matter what!(yes even if all messages have been deleted.

Answer 2-Make sure an adult in authority over you knows what is going on A.S.A.P. This can help because when they know the bully has ought to stop. The person who has authority over you is like a threat to the bully because she/he can punish or call the parents. The bully will continue what he is doing to you without you telling an authority.

-Warning teachers about the situation will help a lot. If they know about the situation they can punish the student who is bullying. Or they will keep an eye on the bully. Bullies usually only bug the other students when there aren't any authorities (teachers) around.

-Ignoring the situation, whether it's cyberbullying or physical/emotional bullying, will make the bully bored of you. So eventually he will stop.

-Seeing a councilor about the situation will help you find a solution into solving the problem. He/she will probably come up with several plans to help you stop the bully and deal with it or she/he will see the bully themselves and solve the problem with him/her.

-Going up to the bully and standing up to them face to face can sometimes help but can also be a bad decision. The bully may not think of it seriously enough and will continue to bully you. But it might all just be misunderstanding. Maybe the bully thought you did something to you that he/she didn't like and wanted to get back at you. But that is not the right way to solve anything. But whatever the situation is you should try to talk it out. Maybe he/she will understand.

-Avoiding the situations with the bully and avoiding him/her in the hallways at school is a good idea but you will have to face the bully sometime. There are many effective way to deal with bullies. Without doubt the most effective is to show that you are not afraid of them. Stand up to them. Conciliation seldom works with bullies.. That is why they get away with it, people try to be reasonable whilst they do not. You have to 'speak' a language they understand. Do so.

Don't cheer on the bully and if someone you know is being bullied, ether stand up for them , get an adult or really just become friends with the person being bullied.

Don't bully someone. ( call them names, make fun of them, physically hurt them, post mean things on the web about them, and don't start rumors about someone.) <-- if you are doing these things, you are a bully.
