Uh.....contact facebook? Im pretty sure there is no way for YOU to prevent someone from making an account with your name on it. However, I have heard of some pretty nasty facebook pages being made to "pick on" people. Usually whoever is getting picked on reports the page to the "facebook police", who then take actions to cancel the account. Furthermore, as a result of you freaking out and acknowledging your adversaries vast superiority in poking humor at you, you will be ragged on non-stop at school. Better to just laugh it off, make a site of whoever made your site and start making fun of them, but 8x harder than they did. Then you two might reach a climatic point in your hatred that results in a match of fisticuffs.
