How can you stop the removable brace or retainer pain in your mouth?

Answer:
hi , i have a retainer and im getting train tracks soon. when i first got them lots of saliva built up in my mouth but it is no pain . also i suffered slight aches which lasted for about the first 3 to 7 days . honestly , now i have no pain whatsoever . i am fine. the one annoying thing is that it disintegrated occasionally although it doesn't effect the movement. depending on the breakage , it can be sore and this is why you get wax. take about a cm of a strip of the wax you receive and put it on the bruised bit of your brace . before , make sure your brace is dry then insert it . don't force it in because the wax is very thick and this disables the brace to go right in . don't worry though . it will gradually sink in to place .
