Not sure what money you are talking about. Parents are in no way obligated to give you money. They are obligated to feed you, put a roof over your head, clothe you etc but not to give you cash. If you mean child support, it's paid to one parent who uses it to pay for the child's expenses. No money/cash goes to the child. If you are asking again you have to add more information what money you are talking about.
There may be certain circumstances under which a child can sue a parent. A guardian ad litem would need to be appointed by the court to represent the child's interests. The situation must be evaluated by an experienced attorney who can explain the options.
Yes. There have been instances where children have sued their parents.
You can't, but you can take it to an authorative figure (such as police) and they'll do something about it

As a minor you can not sue anyone, you need your parents to do so. And if you get abused at home you can call the Child Protective service or the police. If the physical altercation cause such damage you need surgery etc it would go on the health insurance your parents have and that you are on.
No just talk to the police
I don't think it said in the book....
Of course! It is because of many parents in the world that we have an under achieving, lazy, unsuccessful group of children that are this country's future. It is a vicious cycle. You live what you learn, and if you only learn laziness that is what you will repeat.
Of course not! our parents rased us
We should sue the tooth fairy because she never comes at the right time, so parents always have to fill in for her until she finds her way to kids' pillows.
In the book can you sue your parents for malpractice Melissa was dating mike
The short answer is no - the long answer is yes, depending on the circumstances. If you sustained injuries, you can sue for punitive damages regardless of the child's age. Parents of the child cannot necessarily sue the parents unless they were negligent in the care or restraint of the child. For example, you cannot sue the parents of the child if they weren't present, however, you can sue the parents if they were present and did nothing to restrain the child from assaulting you.
Your parents would have to sue on your behalf in most cases.
If you do not know whom to sue, you should not sue anybody.

No you can't. You can sue the parents though.
You can sue the parents (or if you are minor your parents could sue the minor's parents.) However, depending on the circumstances and if there is absolute proof it will be up to the courts as to whether the person suing will win and get a settlement.
No you can't
It is possible
You cannot sue a minor. You may be able to sue their parents or guardians.
