∙ 12y agoIt's hard to tell, but I can try to help as much as possible. Nothing is obvious until about the 3rd week. By then her nipples will become pinker. She will probably eat more too. At about the 5th week her tummy will begin to swell. At the 7th week her nipples may enlarge. By the 8th you will be able to see kittens moving and she will eat A LOT. A few days before or maybe even a week before she delivers she will make a nest. This is how you can tell she will have them soon. About 72 to 48 hours before delivery her appetite may decrease and/or completely disappear. She may start panting as well.

∙ 14y agoa cats gestation period is normally 63 to 67 days so go by when your cat was in heat... if you dont know then usuall about a week or less after her nipples start to swell

One can tell how far along they are in pregnancy by having an ultrasound. An ultrasound measures the fetus and then compare that measurement to what an average fetus is. If it matches to a 3 week fetus it means that one is 3 weeks into pregnancy.

It sounds like your less than 1 month into your pregnancy. HCG levels vary throughout the pregnancy so I wouldn't rely on a blood test to determine how far along you are. A ultrasound would be the ideal option.
