After 5 to 6 months, dwarf rabbits stop growing.

Once it's fully grown, it can be difficult to tell the age of a rabbit.

A vet with experience and knowledge in treating rabbits might be able to make an educated guess. Rabbits should see the vet on a regular basis for a physical exam and diagnostic wellness testing, so at your next appointment, ask about the rabbit's age. See the related question below for details about rabbit vets.

It is very hard to accurately gauge how old a bunny is just by looking at them. However... very young rabbits have a more rounded face than older ones.

In very young rabbits you can tell each stage of development such as eyes opening at 7 days old, ears growing/lopping, size and shape of feet changing, reaching puberty at 12-14 weeks for males, 5-6 months for females.

Younger rabbits will often have a more gangely appearance and be more active and inquisitive than their older counterparts.

You can probably tell when they get a little chin under their mouth that it is about 7 or 8 months old. That's probably how you can tell.

The little 'chin' under their mouth is called a dewlap and not all rabbits get one. It is a characteristic that only does get in most breeds and some breeds don't get one at all. In some breeds it is a disqualification. If your rabbit has a mature coat and the bucks testicles are well formed you can bet he is at least 8 months old. A doe that exhibits chin rubbing and has a mature coat is also probably 8 months old. A buck with an extremely broad head and the other characteristics is probably around 2 years old. Baby bunnies are harder to tell, if they have a soft downy coat they are probably under 3 months old. At 3 months they start to get a real coat of fur which they shed for a mature coat by 6 to 8 months.

Take it to a vet and get it examined. The vet will give you an estimate.
This is a hard question to answer. First off, it depends on the type of rabbit. There are many different sub- species of rabbit. Depending on what color your rabbit is, you can tell your rabbit is aging (5-6 years) based on the thickness and dullness of fur color, or if it is losing fur. You can also tell by the teeth. If they are full of wear from chewing over many years, shirter than normal, and full of color, your rabbit is old. If they are long, growing/shrinking (from gnawing) normally and mostly white, you are dealing with a fairly young rabbit. For the safest bet on how old your rabbit is, just bring your rabbit to a vet.

The above list are all signs of aging my vet said to look out for

you cant you have to sort of guess on its behaviour because if you rabbit is lazy and dont run around then it is likely to be quint old, if it is very active then it is likely to be young. hope your happy with my answer :)
