If you have a garden, she may want to go out all the time to dig, and may drop a pup out there. If you can, stay with the digging, as it is thought to aid contractions.

∙ 16y agoThe first tell tale sign is the bitch will stop showing any interest in food. Her temp will drop a degree or two. That will tell you it will be within the next 24 hours. She will begin nesting, digging aggresively. Panting (very fast) and shaking are signs that she is very close.

∙ 13y agoThe dog probably won't want to eat, will go someplace to hide (under your bed, ect.),shivering and sickness (your dog will vomit, shiver, ect.), and will always want to be near you. Hope I helped. :) If it's your dog giving birth, I wish you and her luck! I'm guessing the puppies will be adorable :)
