Bits will start going red and lumpy
they can go gooey and sticky, a way to check if it is dead is to fill up a bowl/basin or something with water and put your alien in it and if it floats its alive but if it sinks its dead. be quick with the test as you could drown the alien and it will die. :)
shoot it and see if it moves
Improved:look at the oval on its back and if it is the same colour as its skin its dead but is it isant then its alive!
i think you put it into some water bowl/basin and if its floating its alive and if it sinks its dead but dont leave it in for long because it can drown.
Poke it
If it has a face then you probably can

No it doesnt there dead u need to hive them 2 marcohes a day and a daily walk.
I'm not sure what a gooey alien is or even what you would feed him. But if there is anything gooey involved put a bib on him first.
You mean from Kirby's Dream Land 2? The female Gooey is white and has a bow on her head, the male Gooey is darker and has a giddy impression on his face.
The most rarest colour is Black!! Black aliens are normally boys. You can tell if it is! :)
yes
if it is not breathing
Putting a gooey alien in water would likely cause the alien to dissolve or change in some way depending on the properties of the alien's composition. It could result in the alien expanding, melting, or breaking down, ultimately leading to its disintegration or transformation.
If it isn't breathingHow to tell if its breathing: if the egg steams up then its breathing if not the alien is dead.
