If the oil level is above full that is a bad sign. If your car is putting out white smoke. A white foamy substance on the underside of the oil fill cap. Air bubbles escaping from the radiator. All these are symptoms of coolant in the combustion chamber and more than likely you have a blown head gasket or cracked head.
Look on the oil container and the engine that you want to use it in. The engine will tell you what ratio to mix the oil and gas at. The container of oil will tell you what amount of gas should be mixed with it. I have found that the best way is to put the oil into an approved gas can and then add the gas to it. This helps to mix the oil better.
Blown head gasket
It can allow water to mix with the engine oil and destroy the engine.
rx8 light does not come on when water and oil mix. if the oil and water mix is up the dipstick then this is norm more so on short journeys
They do not mix, the oil and water circulate in separate closed systems within the engine block. The water is pumped through the radiator, then through special channels in the engine in order to cool it by means of heat transfer. The the oil is pumped from the oil pan to the head, pistons, crank, and other essential engine components. If the water and oil in your engine do happen to mix it's typically a problem due to a blown head gasket, or cracked or warped cylinder head. Failure to repair this condition can result in engine failure.
No we cannot mix water with oil.
You have a blown head gasket.
No it is 4 cycle oil, 2 cycles is the only oil you mix with gas for 2 cycle engines. They may be referring to a syn/ conventional oil mix that they have preformed to improve their oil. It will work fine in your 4 cycle engine as long as it is the correct weight for your engine. As long as it is like 10w30 you should be good to go.
Oil will not mix with water.
There will be oil in the water on a 1997 RM125 if the head gasket is leaking. It allows oil and water to freely mix across the cylinder head and engine block.
if the dipstick has white foamy stuff on it
Oil does not mix with water, not even salty sea water.
