It depends. If you never give your password out to anyone and your neopoints are missing it might be or you just forgot you spent them so I recommed you put it in the bank along with a pin number , do just the same with your items and the safety deposit box . Or one day you will log on and it with show a picture with a chia holding a stop sign pretty much saying you did something not allowed or somebody hacked it. So you never really know
