The main signs of infection are:
-green/yellow discharge or pus from piercing- yellow/white discharge is normal
-itching at piercing site
-redness/swelling beyond 3 week mark
-tenderness beyond 3 week mark
Its best to go and have our piercer check it out to be sure.
By a good cleaning schedule remember not to overclean as this takes away the little bit of bad bacteria to help the piercing heal and help your body fight off infection. Don't touch your piercing till you have washed your hands or mess on with it as this can prolong the healing process and maybe cause infection with the amount of bacteria on your hands.
I recommend SSS (sea salt solution) you can look up how to do this online or you could just buy EasyPiercing Spray saves a load of time boiling kettles!.

I would go with SuperAntiSpyware or MalwareBytes. You can get SuperAntiSpyware by going to atotalnetworksolution.com, then go to the Anti-Spyware page. Free anti-malware products do not keep your computer from getting infected, they clean up after the fact. Paid products do active scanning and keep the machine from getting infected.

The septum is a very sensitive area of the inner nose. In fact, it is made up of skin and cartilage, which helps keep the passages open for breathing. If you have pierced the septum, it will continue to hurt for several years. This is because it takes a while for the septum to heal on its own.
It is called the interventricular septum.
