Vampires are pale or light skinned. They dont come out in the sunlight most of the time. They like the dark all the time and werewolves are mostly hairy and gets mad quicker than a normal human. You can watch Twilight it will explain it all.

(alternate answer) Werewolves and vampires are really not all that similar, other than being supernatural creatures who are dangerous to human beings. A werewolf has both a human and and wolf form; traditionally, they are human most of the month, but turn into wolves during the full moon (or sometimes, during the full moon and also the day before and the day after a full moon). Vampires, in comparison, are always vampires, the time of the month does not affect them. It is thought that sunlight is harmful or fatal to vampires, but not to werewolves. Vampires drink blood, and werewolves eat meat (like regular wolves). It is also thought that while vampires are essentially evil in nature (with some exceptions), werewolves are merely people who are suffering from a curse, but who do not necessarily have evil intentions.
