If certain symptoms are normal for a person how can you know for sure if you are pregnant without using a a pregnancy test?

The very first symptom I felt was sore breast and larger breast, but everyone's different. You could be urinating more frequently, have strange food cravings, nausea (which mine peaked at 8 to 10 weeks)and menstrual like cramping without or with very light bleeding. Answer If you are naturally in tune with your body, you may know right away that something is "off". If you aren't, the best way is to look for a missed period. Breast tenderness is the first sign for many women, but I actually didn't have it. My first sign was that I had to urinate every 2 hours on the dot, and usually I can go 6 hours without a restroom trip. The hormone levels and the effect of the hormones is different for every woman. If you are late for your period by more than a day, I would say go ahead and get a test, or find a clinic in your area that performs pregnancy tests for free. In my personal experience, I would avoid any anti-abortion clinics unless you have the same beliefs yourself. They tend to be very set on changing your decisions. Planned Parenthood is a good choice for some, but again, this depends on your personal beliefs. If you have health insurance, go to your gynecologist and ask for a blood test. It should be covered and it's the most accurate.

∙ 18y agoI'm sorry there is no way of knowing for sure, you may suspect, but without a pregnancy test you can not be positive. You may be feeling sick, sore and/or swollen breasts, urinating more often, feeling dizzy, and of course missing your period. But if you want to be sure either take a test, or vistit a doctor or sexual health clinic. Hello. You cant be sure if you are pregnant without doing a pregnancy test or by having a blood test. You can suspect you may be pregnant but you cant tell accurately without a pregnancy test. Whether it be a blood or urine test is your decision. Personally I advise a blood test as these are more accurate.
