they are sort of the same except there is one giant difference the you touch is crap and they are just copying the ipod touch
On your ipod their is a App, Called"App Store" click it, then on the bottom it says search then type it in and their you go!
Contact your nearest apple store. They are very helpful.
idk what an i touch is so i cant answer that if u mean how do u get games you go on itunes and download them on to your ipod using the cord
Depends on who "they" are. Maybe you have a disorder that makes you become sensitive to the area that surronds you and become insecure to touch. Or maybe a "ghost" might be with you ;)
