If you buy the manga from the right place in the bookshop in England you may have to check it but it should already be translated

Translations from 1 language to another are mostly done manually. There are no easy -one-click' solutions to magically change all the characters into another language.
However, there are some online applications that can help translate common terms or phrases, but their accuracy are notoriously unreliable, you will have to know the original language to be translated so that you can key in the input, and the software will attempt to output their 'guess-timate' for you.
