How can you uninstall and remove Google toolbar from your computer it tells me to go to control panel and click add or remove. I don't have either on my Vista. I do NOT have XP?

The equivalent in Vista of the XP "Add or Remove Programs" item in the Control Panel is called "Programs and Features" if you are in Classic View. If you are showing categories instead, the item you want to click on is labelled "Uninstall a program" under the "Programs" category.
