You can't. Unless its short clips from YouTube or you downloaded it somehow. Hulu.com is only available to the U.S. right now, as they have to get permission from all the Canadian TV companies to show the content. And since Hulu is free, Canadian TV companies will lose money from it, which is probably why we dont have it since they dont want that, who does? So they have to agree to something that will benefit both. Or, maybe one day they'll just give up and just give hulu the rights, which I doubt that'll happen.
But note that the rest of the world cant get hulu either and they need to get rights from them too.
In a shorter form, its unknown when hulu will be available in Canada.

∙ 9y agoHulu does not offer services internationally right now. If a person is deployed overseas with the military and is unable to connect to Hulu, that person must contact Hulu directly.

∙ 14y agoAs far as I know, it is not possible to watch BBC iplayer abroad because the shows are broadcast in the UK so therefore are not available out of it.
