The best armour and weapons are: 1.Rune or Adamant armour 2.Rune/Adamant longsword (If you have more then 40 strength you will easily hit 100+ with stab) 3.Lobsters or swordfish for F2P and monkfish...
well for starters i suggest you are combat lvl 45 upwards. you should also be wearing the foloing items below:
