As painful as it sounds, you don't. It's not what you want to hear, but it's what you need to listen to instead of believing that you can somehow change someone else's mind. You can't. She's been honest that her feelings towards you are not the same as they were when you first came together. It doesn't mean that you aren't a worthwhile person or that other people won't find you attractive; you two simply are no longer compatible emotionally, she feels that you both have grown apart. Respect her decision, give yourself the space from her that you need; you don't need to be her friend but don't hate her either. It's better to have someone be honest about their feelings than to stay in a relationship where they are unhappy and taking it out on the other person or cheating. If you are older than 16 then it may be harder or easier depending on the girl. Your girlfriend must have had strong feeling for you in the first place. But I am pretty sure she didn't feel a bond between the two. So she just stuck around through a thin thread. The she finally realized that no bond is going to evolve. So she gave up and she made up the excuse that she dosen't have the same feelings for you. And she may have found someone else that she has this strong bond. That can not be explained in words how it feels. But it is like that she can talk to the person easier and she tells him more things than she tell you. (I am hoping that you are the boyfriend in the relationship. Because that is what I am reffering you as.) You have to trust me on this one. Because I just dumped my boyfriend for the same reason. And it sounds just like mine. But as to "winning her heart back". That is something that no one can tell you. You have to figure that you yourself. Because you know her. And none of us here know her like you do. (Personality wise) So you have to look deep down in you heart and search for the answer yourself. Not that I am being mean or anything. But, the advice that other people will give you may just not suit her you know? But you have to ask yourself. Am I really in love with her? Do I really need to do all I can do? And if you do have this strong love for her. Show it. In any way you can. And I promise that is the one way that you are going to win her heart back. Just do something special. And if you do love her, then just love her. And she'll know you can't live life with out her. Just let go of her and accept that she does not like you anymore.
