There are a few ways you could try to do it. I personally have never seen a PS3, but here's a few ideas.
- Go to the post office and purchse a box there that the PS3 would fit in, wrap it that way.
- Any spare boxes around the house (i.e: Rice box, cereal box, etc...) you could use to wrap it in.
- A gift bag with tissue paper.
