I'm not certain there are any. However, it shouldn't be that difficult to write one of your own. Simply state in clear language why you believe the offender should not be paroled. Keep in mind that your reasons should be real and compelling, not just opinion or a desire for vengeance. (Not that I am suggesting such is the case). The parole board is made up of people just like you and me. They do not require any special formatted letter to help them make a decision. In fact, they see form letters and governmental forms all the time. A good, handwritten letter will make more of an impact on them than any computer generated form letter.
