Just fully sync your iPod with your itunes library. Then, transfer all this to the second PC with copytrans. it'll import all your songs, playlists, play counts, ratings, videos, podcasts, audiobooks, etc. It's pretty cool ;)

One way to do this is there is a spacial cord you can buy at a store and what you do is you hook it to your old computer or laptop then hook it on your new computer or laptop then you wait a couple seconds and it will be loaded on! That is very easy and very quick to do.
Open iTunes and click on "iTunes Store" on the left hand side menu.
The account you are logged in with will appear at the top right.
Hover over the email address and an arrow will appear. Click on the arrow and then "sign out" on the drop-down menu. You can then sign in with a different account.
To switch your iTunes onto a different computer you need to do home sharing and this is possible as long as you have an internet connection.
To access your iTunes account you need to enter the registered email address and password.
No you cannot access your itunes on another computer that the ipod,ipad.ect. was not setup on and if you try it can cause a reset or freezing to the divice(s).
Hope this helps!

On the computer you enabled Home Sharing, sync both iDevices, then you should be able to do it.
just go into itunes and create a new account. u cant have more than one account on an ipod unless its on the computer too
Here are the steps if you have iTunes on the "different computer:" # Connect your iPod to the computer # A window will come up saying that there are songs on your iPod that are not on the computer # It'll ask "Do you want to transfer songs?" # Click: Transfer Songs
First, one has to move his or her iTunes files onto another PC by emailing them, putting them on a USB stick, or putting them on a portable hard drive. Once the files are on another computer one will need to authorize that computer with the iTunes store account that purchased the original songs. Also, it would be wise to deauthorize the old computer because each account only has a limited number of allowed authorized computers. With the new computer authorized simply import the files and they can be played on the new PC.Alternative solution to transfer iTunes to a new PC using free Tuneswift:http://transfer-itunes-to-new-pc.blogspot.com/
get your account on another computer first and then u can delete your old one after you download your old library using home sharing.
