-run a mile-3 miles 5 days a week.
-if you can't run for a long period try walking at least 2 miles 5 days a week.
-cut back on those proportions! You don't need to eat 500 cal. a meal to feel full!
-NO FAST FOOD.
-try looking online for some low-cal. snacks that you can munch on every couple of hours.
-fruits & veggies have at MOST 20 cal. so eat up!
-don't deep fry everything!
-cut down on the sodium & butter, you don't need it all.
-20 lunges every other night really helps tone those legs!
It's proven that when people get bored, they eat. When people have nothing better to do, they eat. So when you're sitting in front of that tv, computer, or even reading a book try drinking water. If you're really going extreme it's proven that water fills you up so drink lots of water! Snacks like goldfish, chips, cookies, & candy are high in sugars and fats. Also, snacks like that can be addicting & hard to put down once you start.
If you go out to eat, go healthy, chew slowly. Most restaurants/fast food joints give you 3x more the proportions then you should eat. Chew slowly, taste the food, & when you do, the faster it becomes to stay full.
