Allah (or God and same God worshiped in Judaism and Christianity) spoke to prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) the same way spoke to all other God prophets including Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus (peace be upon them all). Allah spoke to prophet Muhammad mostly through revelation or through the angel Jibril (or Gabriel) .
Quran says (meaning English translation):
"And it is not for any human being that Allah should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a partition or that He sends a messenger to reveal, by His permission, what He wills. Indeed, He is Most High and Wise." (42:51)
Allah (God) spoke to prophet Muhammad through Hazaret the Angel Gabriel (Jibril) in Arabic, that is the Quran language.
he was a prhphet and he was in islamic person i think so ...
Muhammad was chosen to be a prophet because he spoke no evil saw no evil or heard no evil. He was a TRUE and PURE follower of Islam and the Almighty Allah was immensely PROUD and IMPRESSED. It was for this reason he was chosen as a prophet. MUSLIMS FOLLOW IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF MUHAMMAD- he would have done anything Allah would have asked him, and this is an influence he has on Islam. ALL MUSLIMS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR ANYTHING ALLAH ASKS US.
because they believe that Allah spoke Arabic. Muslims say their prayers in Arabic because Quran was sent in Arabic and began in the Arabic Gulf.
the angel gabriel but in islam we say angel jibrael
Salamualakim His message appealed to them because Who wouldn't believe if he(peace be upon him) spoke to Allah.
Allah's angel brought it down to him.............meaning not litteraly but like umm the angel spoke the words and Prophet Muhammad would write it down
Jews and Christians say that Gabriel never spoke to Muhammad. Islam teaches that Gabriel did indeed speak to Muhammad, even giving him the verses of the Qur'an. Finally, many people believe that angels, and therefore Gabriel, do not even exist.
The Jews of Medina most commonly spoke in Arabic at the time of the Prophet Muhammad.
Contrary to popular belief, Muslims worship One God who is Merciful, Most Compassionate and Forgiving. It so happens that in Arabic, the word 'God' is pronounced 'Allah' Just like in Judaism, 'God' is pronounced 'Elohim.' Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) spoke Aramaic. In Aramaic, 'God' is pronounced 'Allah' as well. Islam is the message of all the prophets - submission, obedience to the One and only God. What different prophets were sent with is different only in some practices ( how and when to pray, dietary laws, etc. ) but the message of all TRUE prophets was the same : worship the One, True God. Muslims, therefore, believe in the God who sent Abraham, Moses and Jesus, among many others, as messengers to Mankind. In Hebrew the names of God include Yahweh, Jehovah, etc. In Arabic, Allah. In Aramaic - the language Jesus spoke - it is also Allah.
Prophet Muhammad (saw) spoke Arabic..ArabicMuhammad (PBUH) spoke in Arabic, one which differs slightly from the modern Arabic spoken today. The Prophet Muhammad spoke Fus'ha Arabic, which is the type of Arabic that the Qur'an is written in.Weather or not the above answer is true or false doesn't matter because whatever language Muhammad (PBUH) spoke wasn't what Jibril (Gabriel) spoke because Muhammad (PBUH) was unlearned in the language of The Holy Qur'an.Prophet Mohammed (peace upon him) spoke Arabic.
All who are assigned by Allah (or God in English and same God worshiped in Christianity and Judaism) as prophet are considered by Muslims as such at no debate. Muslims are required to believe in all God prophets. It is one of the faith six pillars to believe in all God prophets. 25 of God prophets are mentioned by name in Qur'an. Among the prophets that Muslims honor are: 1. Adam 2. Idris (Enoch) 3. Nuh (Noah) 4. Hud 5. Saleh 6. Ibrahim (Abraham) 7. Isma'il (Ishmael) 8. Ishaq (Isaac) 9. Lut (Lot) 10. Ya'qub (Jacob) 11. Yousef (Joseph) 12. Shu'aib 13. Ayyub (Job) 14. Musa (Moses) 15. Harun (Aaron) 16. Dhu'l-kifl (Ezekiel) 17. Dawud (David) 18. Sulaiman (Solomon) 19. Ilias (Elias) 20. Al-Yasa (Elisha) 21. Yunus (Jonah) 22. Zakariyya (Zechariah) 23. Yahya (John) 24. Isa (Jesus) 25. Muhammad
Muhammad is known as the last prophet in the Islamic faith. He was praying on a mountain and said that God spoke to him through an angel and chose Muhammad as a prophet.
