I went to school in Chicago, in the mid 60's and had a childhood friend whose father worked with the great "Bushman" at the zoo. Little is known about the "specifics" of his death, yet Jimmy would sometimes mention that Bushman had a drinking and gambling problem, while also smoking a pack and a half of "camel straights" for years.
