No, although shortly after his wife Virginia died, he did get engaged to Sarah Helen Whitman, who broke off the engagement because Poe did not refrain from drinking. Then in 1848 Poe got engaged to hid former fiancee, the widow Sarah Elmira Royster Shelton. Poe died before marrying her.

There is an episode that occurred during 1845 and 1846 involving Mrs. Elizabeth F Lummis Ellet and Mrs. Frances Sargent Locke Osgood, both of whom were poets. Virginia Poe encouraged Mrs. Osgood's visits for they seemed to have a positive effect on Edgar, and the two may have even flirted a bit. Mrs. Ellet, who may have developed feelings for Poe, seemed to be the jealous and vindictive type, and several letters and accusations were exchanged which caused a major dispute between all parties. One Poe biographer alleged that Virginia accused Ellet as her murderer on her deathbed.

It is commonly thought that Edgar Allan Poe was entirely devoted to his wife, Virginia Clemm, often writing letters to her and describing to his friends how he loved "a wife, whom...no man ever loved before." After her death, Poe fell into a deep depression for several months. It is unknown if he had any extramarital affairs, but most scholars conclude that it is unlikely given his faith to Virginia.

However, Poe did court several women after recovering from Virginia's death; he never married again.

Many biographys say that he was very popular with the ladies... so I would think yes.... Poor Virgina Poe... I wonder if she knew about it...
