Jesus died on the cross for us. we deserve punishment for our sins and should not be allowed in heaven but God sent his Son down and in our place, the precious Lord received our punishment. Jesus died for everyone on earth and through faith alone we will receive salvation

Answer: The Bible says Jesus took all sin "upon himself." That means every single wrong thing every man, woman, and child has ever done. Everything, without exception. And only by accepting Him as savior and Lord can what He did save us from the judgment to come.
