Because people think they can'e trust themselves because they're biased with themselves. They're self-conscious and think, "Why would anybody say that if it wasn't true?" And...because it hurts.

you can have high blood pressure, and have strokes, so.. some people not all,can eat too much, and make them fat.. so the fat puts lots of pressure on the joints wich makes it hard to move around..
