How did nostradamus predict?

Answer:

His favorite technique for predicting the future was scrying. Which is gazing into any surface until images appear. He would gaze into his tripod of water and fall under a trance for two hours at most. When he came out of the trance he would find that he had written a quatrain of the events he had seen. A quatrain is a four line poem.
