When the Moon Kingdom was attacked, Queen Serenity (Sailor Moon's mum) used the Silver Crystal's power to have all the Sailor scouts, Tuxedo Mask, Luna, Artemis and some other Moon Kingdom people teleported and reborn on Earth. Queen Serenity hoped that Earth would be peaceful long enough for them to grow up and enjoy their lives on Earth.
