The CWA came first, and it closed down by Roosevelt in 1934 because it cost too much.
The PWA overlapped the works of the CWA but lasted longer. They built hospitals and schoolbuilings, courthouses and improved public facilities. It's main purpose was to stimulate the economy and provide jobs. welcome
