How did the cold war affect Canadian aboriginal?

Answer:
There would have been little direct affect on them. However, they would have seen such things as many DEW (Defense Early Warning) stations set up in Northern Canada. And there was a lot more interest in their survival methods in the arctic regions. Many of the miltary methods were based on their way of life.
