No, it is impossible for the hulk to die. According to the original comics (not the newer movie the hulk cannot die. The hulk is a spirit not a person. It needs a person to "come out" The more you hurt the hulk the stronger the guy gets. So how do you kill something if it gets stronger when you hurt it. You practically can't. Even superman probably couldn't eventually superman would annoy the hulk of so much that the hulk would beat him up. The hulk also has very high speed regeneration.

∙ 11y agohe doesnt.....he cant. in the hulk:the end, a crazy nuclear war wipes out the entire human race(including supers.) exept for hulk because banner turnes into hulk before he dies. u cant kiil banner because he will transform. so any way, banner dies of old age eventually and then the hulk is separated from his body. the hulk finally has peace and can finnally be alone, being the only one left on the planet. he lives on forever, but eventually gets lonely. its impossible to kill him. HULK wins once again

-He doesn't die. By the time of Incredible Hulk: End, he has killed everyone on the planet, finds a way to kill Bruce Banner though still survive as The Hulk, and left to decide whether to revert back to Bruce Banner which would finally kill him or to wander the planet free of any distractions "Left alone" like he had always wanted.

In the TV movie, The Death of the Incredible Hulk, the Hulk did indeed die in a plane explosion. He transformed back into Bruce Banner when he died.
