Lets look at this question another way. What would you do if there was a fire in the kitchen of your home. Would you run out of the house screaming at the top of your lungs Fire, Fire, someone call the Fire Department. Some people may do just that, but not a true leader.

A true leader will handle most crisis situations with a calm head. He or she will evaulate the situation, and take the approciate actions to curb any crisis that comes their way.

Some people in this world think that leaders are made, but that's not really the truth. Leaders are born, they have something extra that a lot of people don't have, and that is the ability to look at a situation, no matter what it is and take care of it. Not always an easy thing to do.
