Children dress in a costume. Usually they go after 4pm. They wear costume and have a bag. They knock on the door and you say " Trick or Treat!" The person gives u candy and u have to open your bag to put the candy. You say Thank You after they gave u. It goes till 8. Most teenagers go till 10. But most of houses turn their lights of early cause the next day is work day/ school day. That you celebrate Halloween In USA:)
