There really isn't any special way to pray but Christians normally pray with their Bibles, cross, or simply their hands. Either way is fine, just to say "God" then begin praying. By doing this they open up a conversation with God. An article that I read called "How and Why to Pray" would be a really good start for you to read, also since you are online there is a prayer request site called GODPleaseHearMe that allows you to post your prayers online and get others to pray for you. Prayer is really power stuff and you should start tapping into your spiritual power asap.
