If you have duplicate music or two of more of the same title, then you have to delete them off your computer. That doesn't include artists featured in music or music in a different language. Just delete music with the same title.

This same thing happened to me. I RESTORED my iPod, and it worked! Just click the restore button after you connect your iPod to iTunes. Hope this helps! If you still don't understand you can write on my message board...Bluebabies123 :)
The easiest way I found to solve this problem is to go to itunes when the phone is connected to the network. You will have a list of tabs, a summary, information, ringtones, music. select the music and the location where it displays the synced music, deselect and click "Apply" in the bottom right corner after the sync is completed, recheck the music sync option. i noticed this works 95% of the time.
You have to delete all duplicate or more than once listed songs.

It depends how it's broken...
It depends. Apple will usually only fix your iPod Touch for free if the damage occurred within the warranty guidelines (if you still have the warranty for your iPod Touch) or if it is something so minor that an Apple Genius can fix it right in front of you in a few minutes.
Connect to iTunes and press restore. If it is bricked just search youtube for how to un-brick an ipod touch.
