On most phones you can press the redial button to determine the last outgoing call you made.
To use the redial button to identify the last number you called, follow these steps:
1. Pick up your landline telephone and find the button that says "Redial"
2. Press the "Redial" button to initiate the call
3. Look at the screen on the telephone or telephone base. The last number you dialed should appear on the display while the phone redials the number.

If you mean your home (land line phone) hit your "redial" button, which will show the last number dialed from that particular phone. But if you have more than one handset (phone), it will only show the last number dialed from THAT phone.
You can also hit the redial button repeatedly (up to 5 times on most phones) to get the number of the last 5 calls dialed from that phone.
Note that for certain toll-free business numbers, such as some telephone company customer support lines (Frontier is one), "Redial" will not work - you must dial the number each time you call.
If you mean the last number to call you - dial 1471 from the phone. If you mean the last number dialled from your phone - you might get it from your service provider - but they don't have to tell you.
In case of bsnl, pay the bills monthly at the end they will give you list of calls you summary of call list you have done .
