Check your BIOS settings, you need to disable such as wake on LAN, and wake up at certain time. Also check you have to scheduled job at time when your computer is asleep. Nowadays software can wake computers without any problem. It can be antivirus, firewall, some kind of protection software and so on. Something what runs regularly.

I had this problem and I think it is a hardware problem, I fixed it by cleaning the pc from dust using hair drier.
