There would be two ways to do this, possibly three, depending on how keen you are.

Firstly, since mushrooms are a fungus you can get fungicides from shops that sell garden chemicals which will control them. This is of course if you want to use a chemical method.

Secondly, if you use an artificial fertilizer (an NPK type like superphosphate) this will both feed the lawn and kill the mushrooms as they don't like artificial fertilizers (nor do worms either, so you will possibly kill them as well).

Thirdly, the most natural and organic method is to hand pick them out. This will only need to be done for a short period as they only grow when the conditions are right, neither too hot or too cold.

The simplest method is to pull them out and discard them. (If you crush them, they will simply release more spores.)

To prevent more mushrooms, you might want to make sure that your beds have good drainage and you are not over-watering. Use compost instead of bark mulch. Loosen the soil between plants.

Anti-fungal chemicals would probably be a waste of money.
