How do Internet service providers provide an internet service?

Answer:

Answer

The ISP provides internet in many ways. Most common method is through telephone lines.Internet connection speed can generally be divided into two categories: dialup and broadband. Dialup connections require the use of a phone line, and usually have connections of 56Kbs or less. Broadband connections can be either ISDN, Broadband wireless access, Cable modem, DSL, Satellite or Ethernet. Broadband is always on, and varies in speed between 64Kb and 20+Mb per second.
All ISPs have their own servers and the users are connected to these servers. Their servers are the connected to a national server or gateways through which they are connected all across the world. And for providing this service we pay them.
